Description

• Seek truth. Go onsite; shadow users; get user feedback; act as a user all in search of the truth. Use that knowledge to build the product vision. • Write detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications. • Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven agents for the logistics world by working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams. • Oversee implementations with a few customers and devise implementation plans for scale deployment, including self-onboarding and self-serve help. • Work closely with the founders and commercial organization on go-to-market plans and pricing.

🎯 Exigences

• Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience. • Experience building delightful software products for complex industries with a physical layer like logistics. • Obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field. • Ability to organize, prioritize, build 0-1, and adapt in a rapid-growth startup. • Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones. • Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities. • Insatiable curiosity, undying passion, and ownership to take on hard real-world problems.
