Grapefruit Health est une plateforme technologique qui mobilise des étudiants en soins de santé locaux pour constituer une main-d'œuvre évolutive et supervisée afin d'aider les organisations de santé à combler les lacunes dans les soins aux patients. L'entreprise recrute et forme des étudiants en clinique pour des tâches spécifiques à faible risque, associe les étudiants aux patients en fonction de leur parcours et de leur langue, et gère le contact avec les patients, les dépistages, les suivis ainsi que la documentation sécurisée via un système conforme à HITRUST/SOC2 Type 2. Grapefruit Health fonctionne avec un modèle de tarification basé sur le succès pour réduire les coûts, pourvoir les postes pour les clients et permettre aux cliniciens de se concentrer sur les soins à plus haut risque.

Description

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across our platform • Own backend architecture and API design using Python/Django and JavaScript • Develop performant frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript • Architect and integrate microservices and third-party systems (e.g. Twilio, messaging, analytics tools) • Debug complex production issues across distributed systems — frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Improve system reliability, observability, and performance • Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps (AWS/GCP, CI/CD, IaC) • Write clean, testable, and scalable code; enforce best practices through code reviews

🎯 Exigences

• 4–6+ years of professional software development experience • Proven experience owning features or systems end-to-end in production • Strong backend development with Python/Django and JavaScript • Advanced API design and integration — REST, async workflows, webhooks • Frontend development with React and modern JavaScript • Cloud platforms: AWS and/or GCP (compute, networking, storage, monitoring) • Experience integrating and managing external services and microservices (e.g. Twilio, third-party APIs) • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full stack • Infrastructure & Data PostgreSQL and data modeling • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows • Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools • Unit and integration testing • Git-based workflows (GitHub) • Agile/project management tools (e.g. Jira)
