Gravitate est une plateforme logicielle native pour l'IA qui connecte et optimise la chaîne d'approvisionnement des carburants raffinés. Elle offre une optimisation en temps réel de l'approvisionnement, un envoi autonome, un système de gestion du transport conçu spécifiquement pour les transporteurs de carburant, un hub d'intégration (Crossroads) pour le partage des inventaires/commandes/ETAs entre raffineurs, terminaux, transporteurs et détaillants, une plateforme de vente en ligne pour le carburant en vrac, et un moteur de tarification basé sur des règles. Les produits de Gravitate visent à automatiser l'approvisionnement, la tarification, la facturation du transport et les flux de travail de répartition afin que les opérateurs de carburant capturent plus de marge et réduisent la coordination manuelle.

Description

• Drive the execution of defined product strategies, ensuring all development aligns with the overarching product vision. • Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, facilitating high-level communication and ensuring their needs are reflected in product delivery. • Evangelize product releases to customers and internal support/delivery teams. • Ensure product releases achieve intended outcomes and features effectively meet customer needs. • Translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. • Actively mitigate roadblocks that might impact the on-time completion of release or sprint goals. • Work closely with scrum and development teams to ensure all development objectives are met. • Lead the product functionality design process based on a deep understanding of user and client needs. • Lead product demos for internal and external audiences, while also creating and maintaining product documentation.

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of experience in the software industry • 3+ years specifically in a Product Management or Product Owner role • Proven experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment • Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and in-depth knowledge of Agile principles • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from technical teams to C-suite executives • Proven track record of executing defined product strategies by translating market needs into actionable development items, from ideation through execution • Strong experience fine-tuning epics, defining user stories, and managing the prioritization of a team backlog • A customer-first mindset with a track record of partnering closely with clients to deliver high-value solutions on time. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
