• Develop and implement a well-defined partner strategy for the DACH region, including identification, acquisition and onboarding of new partners. • Build and continuously develop long-term, trust-based relationships with existing partners. • Support partners in business development, pipeline generation and market activation with the goal of sustainable revenue growth. • Plan and execute joint business plans, conduct regular partner reviews and define and track clear objectives and KPIs. • Enable partners through training, workshops and sales and marketing support in close collaboration with Pre-sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and other internal teams. • Manage and coordinate sales opportunities together with partners — from lead generation to successful deal closure. • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows and industry events.
• Minimum of three years of experience in partner management at a vendor/manufacturer — ideally in an IT or security environment. • Proven experience in building and developing channel partners, resellers or system integrators is required. • Comfortable working with complex, technical solutions (e.g., software, cloud or hybrid solutions). • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and a structured way of working. • Experience with modern CRM and sales tools as well as partner-focused go-to-market strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence negotiating at decision-maker level. • University degree or comparable qualification and a strong motivation for continuous development. • Excellent verbal and written German and solid English skills for international collaboration. • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
