Description

• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives • Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities • Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth • Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities.

🎯 Exigences

• Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1) • Strong proficiency in English (at least B2) • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment • Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems • Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting • Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
