Description

• Engineer, build, and maintain data pipelines, applications, workflows, and governance capabilities inside the Palantir platform • Build and configure data pipelines using Code Repositories and Pipeline Builder • Build applications and workflows using Workshop and Slate within Palantir • Collect, transform, clean, and validate data • Develop and maintain governance applications monitoring platform performance, compliance, and operational health • Implement and maintain platform-driven automations and monitoring capabilities • Coordinate with non-technical users to gather requirements • Identify, summarize, and catalog data fidelity issues and recommend resolutions or mitigations • Apply industrial engineering methods to improve depot and sustainment processes • Conduct capacity, throughput, and bottleneck analyses for depot maintenance, MRO, supply chain, and production environments • Integrate ERP/MRO/maintenance data into simulation models for forecasting, scheduling, and scenario analysis • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering, and analytics stakeholders on what-if scenarios • Prepare decision-support briefings, visualizations, and recommendations for senior leaders • Support advanced analytics and digital engineering approaches such as predictive modeling and digital twins • Develop trusted client relationships to understand missions, challenges, and goals • Support business development through RFPs/RFIs, white papers, pitch decks, and capability briefings

🎯 Exigences

• Active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance • Bachelor's degree • Three or more years of hands-on data engineering and/or database management experience • Hands-on experience with Foundry Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Slate, and Machinery, or related Palantir platform experience • Experience developing data pipelines, UIs, workflows, and automations inside Palantir • Experience supporting performance monitoring and operational tooling within Foundry • Strong scripting or programming experience; PySpark preferred • Experience detecting data issues affecting data pipeline performance and devising resolution or mitigation techniques • Ability to support remote, hybrid, and on-site projects in the DC metro area • Six years of hands-on data engineering, industrial engineering and/or operations research experience preferred • Understanding of relational database concepts and structures preferred • Understanding of platform governance practices and observability preferred • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred • Up to 10% travel required
