Description

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic technology applications including TalkDesk, Salesforce, and Epic • Translate operational, clinical, and growth stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog and roadmap • Define and track adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and operational-impact metrics • Monitor application portfolio health, dependencies, integrations, data integrity, and cross-platform experience • Run discovery with clinical, operational, and growth stakeholders • Shape product requirements and user stories • Partner with internal analysts and external vendors to deliver configuration changes, integrations, and new features • Own backlog grooming, sprint/release planning, and prioritization using Jira or similar tools • Lead or co-lead technology application implementations for new PACE center launches • Support configuration, workflow validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities • Build repeatable implementation and product-launch playbooks • Manage vendor relationships, performance, escalations, contract oversight support, and roadmap alignment • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and support build-vs-buy assessments and vendor selection • Serve as product partner to clinical, operational, and growth teams • Represent the product portfolio in cross-functional forums, governance bodies, and project teams • Design rollout, onboarding, and training plans • Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback • Own change management planning for releases, feature rollouts, and workflow redesigns • Maintain roadmaps, requirements, release notes, and user-facing support documentation • Report directly to the Vice President of Product

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on ownership of the roadmap and lifecycle for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications • Experience managing or launching SaaS/cloud-based applications • Strong command of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, backlog management, and agile delivery (Jira or similar) • Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and workflow improvements • Experience partnering with technical teams and non-technical clinical/operational stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Healthcare or health IT experience strongly preferred • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or rapid program expansion preferred • Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or other regulated healthcare environments preferred • Experience with call center platforms, CRM, or clinical ancillary systems is a plus • Experience with TalkDesk, Salesforce, Abridge, Epic, or other contact center, CRM, ambient AI documentation, or EHR systems is nice to have • Experience with health plan systems or risk adjustment platforms is nice to have • Background in product delivery or change management methodology is nice to have • Must complete Form I-9 and satisfy authorization-to-work verification requirements in the United States • Must comply with applicable infection control protocols, PPE requirements, and vaccination requirements associated with the role and work location
