Description

• Build the next-generation compliance platform in Go and TypeScript, with modern front ends in Vue, React, or Svelte • Ship AI agents that gather information, prepare filings, and involve human experts at the appropriate moment • Design and help define evaluations for AI agents • Grow partner APIs so other platforms can integrate compliance into their products • Shape specifications, tests, and context for effective collaboration between engineers and AI agents • Contribute through code review, mentoring, and sharing effective practices • Ship to production and develop expertise in a corner of the compliance domain • Own a meaningful part of the new platform from specification through production • Build customer-serving systems at scale and introduce tools or practices that help the team move faster

🎯 Exigences

• Production depth in at least two languages (Go, TypeScript, PHP, or similar) • Strong front-end fundamentals in a modern component framework • Solid experience with relational databases, API design, and distributed systems • Daily fluency with coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex • Ability to run work in parallel, break it into verifiable pieces, and know when to step in • High standards for AI-assisted work and careful review of generated code • Experience building with LLMs, including tool calling, structured output, MCP, and evals • Good judgment about cost, latency, and security • Clear writing and a taste for simple solutions • Experience in a regulated domain, infrastructure as code, or browser automation is nice to have • Must participate in the application and interview process, including an intro call, live paired build, real-world code discussion, and design discussion based on a short spec
