Description

• Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Search/Shopping, TikTok, Direct Mail, etc.) directly or alongside external agency partners. • Manage daily/weekly performance targets against ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), CAC, and LTV. • Design, execute, and iterate creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and content creators. • Continually audit and optimize the customer journey on Shopify (landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and upsell flows). • Launch A/B tests on site copy, offer structures, design, and page speed to increase Conversion Rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV). • Build custom landing pages using builders like Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo to support specific campaigns or offers. • Monitor inventory velocity, product margins, and stock levels to ensure advertising spend aligns with supply chain reality. • Partner with fulfillment/logistics to track shipping times, landed costs, and customer delivery satisfaction. • Maintain rigorous oversight of unit economics, contribution margins, and platform/app fees. • Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards (using Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, or BI tools). • Deliver weekly and monthly performance summaries highlighting wins, test results, bottlenecks, and action items for management.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand. • Shopify Expertise: Deep familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, apps (Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Recharge, etc.), and landing page builders. • Analytical Mastery: Ability to crunch numbers, interpret attribution models, and turn raw data into profitable operational decisions. • Growth Mindset: Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), attribution tools, and A/B testing methodologies. • Execution Focus: Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle high-level strategy with day-to-day execution.
