Hipp Health est une plateforme d’opérations cliniques AI-native destinée aux cabinets de thérapie ambulatoire, qui commence par l’analyse appliquée du comportement (Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA) avant de s’étendre à l’orthophonie et à l’ergothérapie. La plateforme couvre l’ensemble des workflows, notamment l’admission des patients (SMS, portail, gestion des orientations), la planification des rendez-vous, les soins cliniques (notes de séance, plans de traitement, aide à la décision clinique), la facturation et la gestion du cycle de revenus (demandes de remboursement, rejets, échanges avec les payeurs), ainsi que la conformité et la sécurité HIPAA. Hipp automatise les tâches administratives grâce à des agents et à des fonctionnalités d’IA afin de réduire les rejets, d’accélérer les paiements, de simplifier la planification et d’améliorer la qualité de la documentation. La plateforme s’adresse aux cabinets et cliniques de thérapie.

Description

• Design, build, and ship production features across the Hipp platform • Build features used daily by healthcare providers • Work across backend services, APIs, and frontend systems • Design and implement scalable systems for AI-native EMR, billing, and operational workflows • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver user-facing features • Own projects from early design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions • Improve developer workflows, system reliability, and engineering quality as the platform scales

🎯 Exigences

• 3–4 years of software engineering experience building production applications • Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, data structures, and system design • Experience building across the stack, including backend systems and user-facing product features • Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js / TypeScript • Experience with modern frontend development using React, TypeScript / JavaScript, and APIs • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs or other service interfaces • Strong product sense and ability to translate requirements into reliable, scalable software • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership • Curiosity, pragmatism, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly • Employer-sponsored work authorization question indicates U.S. work authorization is relevant to application • Nice to have: experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Nice to have: familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, or microservices • Nice to have: experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL systems • Nice to have: startup or small-team engineering experience • Nice to have: exposure to healthcare technology, EMR / EHR systems, billing workflows, or revenue cycle operations • Nice to have: interest in AI systems, workflow automation, or data-intensive products
