Description

• Develop and maintain the IT and Cybersecurity audit universe and risk control matrix • Conduct global IT and Cybersecurity risk assessments and provide input to the audit plan • Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, SAP, internal audit, ERM, and internal control teams • Lead IT, Cybersecurity, and SAP audits, special-request audits, advisory engagements, process reviews, and follow-up audits • Develop audit plans and planning documentation for individual engagements • Manage all phases of internal audit engagements, coordinating with functional management and outsourced audit personnel • Partner with business process owners to recommend solutions that strengthen controls and increase efficiency • Help develop new or amended audit processes and innovative approaches to risk and control reviews, including AI adoption • Support compliance efforts, provide technical knowledge, and manage control testing • Maintain and improve technical abilities and business awareness regarding IT, IT Security, Cybersecurity, and internal audit standards

🎯 Exigences

• Hands-on, proactive, and seasoned IT Audit Manager with high integrity and ownership • Continuous improvement mindset • Ability to lead engagement teams and assigned projects and resolve issues • Experience interacting with Senior Management and building relationships globally • Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and understanding cultural differences • Excellent written and spoken English • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Engineering • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in external/internal IT audit • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification • Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and EU AI Act standards • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI • Data literacy and ability to analyze data from various sources • Willingness to travel globally 30% • CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, PowerAutomate, SAP, and Energy Industry knowledge are considered a plus
