Description

• Manage complex national and international search accounts • Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth • Analyze and optimize tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion data • Challenge briefs and advise clients as a trusted, equal partner • Contribute to pitches • Test new Google Ads features, AI applications, and advertising platforms such as ChatGPT Ads • Develop new solutions for clients and the team • Collaborate with specialists in Search, Data, and Tech

🎯 Exigences

• At least five years of full-funnel SEA experience • Proven success managing complex Google Ads accounts • Agency experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive clear decisions, tests, and growth opportunities from the data • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of implementing your own solutions • Clear and persuasive communication skills • Fluent German, including strong professional and negotiation skills • Good English skills are an advantage • Experience with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics • A video is a mandatory part of the application; applications without a video will not be considered • Willingness to submit a résumé and a two- to three-minute video
