• Lead multiple training sessions for each client using Zoom, including introductory walkthroughs, mobile app demonstrations, and detailed feature sessions. • Train administrators, HR staff, and scheduling coordinators on how to use the software in their daily work. • Walk clients through key tasks such as scheduling, employee management, and running reports. • Track how clients are using the software after training and follow up as needed to support full adoption. • Provide continued training and communication until the client is ready to transition to the support team. • Record training details and client progress in our internal system for team tracking.
