Description

• Serve as the technical point of contact for new and existing customers in the cloud environment • Advise customers on planning, cloud adoption, operations, and further development • Capture and prioritize technical issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions • Successfully implement and operate cloud- and container-based platforms reliably • Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives • Create reproducible reference setups for use cases, best practices, and architecture patterns • Coordinate alignment and joint customer meetings with cloud provider partners • Proactively create blog articles, community contributions, how-to guides, and reference implementations • Systematically relay customer insights, bugs, feature requests, and documentation gaps to Product and Engineering teams • Evaluate market and technology trends and derive relevant next steps for customers

🎯 Exigences

• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies, with a focus on Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack • Strong knowledge of system design and architecture • Good understanding of Kubernetes and common components and patterns • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform • Experience with deployment tools, such as Helm • Knowledge of GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux is a plus • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and systematically, both verbally and in writing • Customer-focused, independent, structured, and proactive approach to work • Ability to capture requirements, set priorities, and drive initiatives forward independently • Excellent German and English skills, at least C1 level
