Son premier produit, l’Inclined Line Of Credit (iLOC), permet d’accéder à la cash value de son contrat à des taux compétitifs, favorisant ainsi une croissance accrue de la valeur nette de rachat et du capital décès.

Description

• Work across the consumer borrowing product, underwriting and loan systems, and internal sales and operations tools • Turn complex loan rules, requirements, and edge cases into clean, extensible code and simple, reliable user experiences • Plan, build, and ship products collaboratively as part of a small engineering team • Work closely with product and design to deliver internal tools • Rotate through project lead responsibilities, beginning with smaller features and progressing to larger projects • Define project scope, coordinate team tasks, monitor progress, and communicate status • Partner with product, design, and internal and external stakeholders to gather domain knowledge and plan solutions • Support initiatives such as automating underwriting, expanding policy eligibility across insurance carriers, launching native iOS and Android apps, and redesigning the origination document framework • Collaborate asynchronously via Slack and synchronously through regular developer chats • Progress independently across time zones

🎯 Exigences

• A track record of shipping and owning production code — you've taken features from concept through launch, not just contributed to them • ~4+ years of experience is a useful anchor • Comfortable working across the full stack • Ability to drive simple, effective solutions to loosely-defined problems • Self-motivation and comfort working with ambiguity in a remote setting • Detail-orientation in a high-detail environment where accuracy matters • Collaborative, ego-less approach: open-minded, flexible, communicative, and user-minded • Thoughtful use of AI across workflows, understanding its limitations and leveraging people effectively in the loop • FinTech or other regulated-industry experience preferred • Experience with a product that moves money preferred • Familiarity with TypeScript, Next, React, GraphQL, Node, Prisma, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and DBT preferred
