Infera est une plateforme de conformité medtech native IA qui centralise l'historique de conception, les exigences, l'analyse des risques, la vérification, le contrôle des versions et la gestion des changements de documents dans un SaaS intégré unique. Elle importe et suit automatiquement les exigences à partir de PDFs, PRDs, Jira, d'images, de code source ou de diagrammes d'architecture, exécute des analyses de dangers conformes à la norme ISO 14971 avec évaluation des risques assistée par agent et suggestions d'atténuation, génère et suit les protocoles de test et la couverture, et gère les approbations, les signatures électroniques, et les documents contrôlés pour les preuves réglementaires (DHF/TD). Le produit cible des organisations de la startup à l'entreprise avec des modèles prêts pour la FDA, des intégrations aux outils de développement et cloud communs, et l'adhérence à des normes telles que ISO 13485, ISO 14971, et IEC 62304 ; il est conforme au SOC 2 Type II.

Description

• Own significant surface area across our product — from the app our customers use daily, to the services that power AI workflows over their quality system. • Make architectural calls, help set the bar for the team, and ship things that directly affect how the next wave of medical devices gets to patients. • Lead end-to-end delivery of meaningful product areas. • Design schemas, APIs, and frontend data flows that hold up under real customer load and regulatory scrutiny. • Work directly with the founders and customers; translate ambiguous problems into released software. • Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussions.

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years building production web applications, with real depth on both sides of the stack • Mastery over SOTA AI tooling • Strong React + TypeScript and strong Python • Experience designing relational schemas, background jobs, and multi-tenant architectures • A strong track record of delivering with quality in mind. Experience in end-to-end QA Automation is strongly preferred. • Track record of owning systems from design through production operation • DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure experience preferred (designing, building, and operating production systems on AWS or GCP) • A bias toward shipping
