Description

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts • Deliver compelling consultations tailored to client needs • Conduct remote phone or virtual sales conversations with qualified prospects and present solutions, address objections, and close sales. • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client retention and long-term relationships

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or phone/virtual sales. • Understanding of CRM software platforms. • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis abilities to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly • Experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term customer relationships • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills • Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required • A proactive approach to customer service with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
