Description

• Modernize a desktop application into a web-based experience • Turn design artifacts into polished, accessible interfaces across commercial product applications • Collaborate with peers, product teams, backend engineers, and designers to shape frontend functionality • Design and build clean, scalable, fast, and accessible frontend features • Maintain the shared design system and reusable components • Write straightforward, testable code with attention to usability, security, and reliability • Build a unified user experience across products using Figma and the existing design language • Participate in the full development process and contribute to consistent practices across teams • Support and modernize existing applications while delivering new features • Evaluate new approaches and contribute to technical direction • Stay current with modern frontend tooling and browser capabilities • Expand AI-assisted and spec-driven development across teams • Team Lead: provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help build and grow the team

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and three years of relevant experience; Master's degree and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and training • Team Lead: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and training • 5+ years of experience with frontend software development languages and frameworks • Strong experience with a modern frontend framework, with Vue.js preferred • Advanced JavaScript proficiency • TypeScript, React, Angular, semantic HTML, and modern CSS knowledge • Web Components experience • C# and .NET Core experience • Accessibility best practices, including axe-core, Lighthouse, and screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver • Design systems and reusable component libraries • Experience with component libraries and tools such as PrimeVue, Storybook, Chromatic, and Vuetify • API integration with REST and GraphQL • Apollo Client and Swagger/OpenAPI knowledge • AI-first / agentic development experience, including Claude Code, Cursor, and automated test generation • Spec-driven development practices; OpenSpec exposure is a plus • Collaborative design implementation using Figma and UI/UX fundamentals • CI/CD pipeline design and deployment, including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI • Environment and deployment awareness, including Docker and AWS familiarity • Strong collaboration and communication skills and a team-first mindset • Prior software development experience from past positions or independent projects • Team Lead: experience leading or mentoring engineers, formally or informally • Non-sponsorship eligible position
