Description

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends • Monitor global competitive activity and analyze product performance • Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders for insights • Develop long-term vision and strategy for digital health portfolio • Oversee integration of digital technologies to improve patient engagement • Lead cross-functional teams in agile development cycles • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Sales and Marketing teams • Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• Expertise in the medical device industry and digital health technologies • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills • Proven history in launching healthcare and digital health products • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in agile environments • Market research expertise using qualitative and quantitative methods • Understanding of digital health ecosystems and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) • Experience with telehealth, remote monitoring, and digital therapeutics
