• Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion. • Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics. • Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider One solutions with client business objectives. • Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams. • Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise. • Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the Insider One product team. • Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy and help them maximize the impact of Insider One solutions.
• Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts. • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments. • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices. • Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies. • Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or API integrations is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions. • Strong communication skills in English and German, Dutch would be an asset.
