Description

• Take responsibility for the continuous development of lead-matching software for automated customer acquisition • Ensure smooth development progress and the right priorities within the development team • Independently design and conceptualize new features • Gather requirements from business departments and users and translate them into work packages such as tickets and mockups • Test new features for functionality and quality • Support the release process and oversee production launches • Act as the interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers • Regularly inform stakeholders about development progress • Identify, design, and implement AI applications—from initial idea through production deployment • Get to know Leadbase, stakeholders, and relevant business areas during the first few months • Maintain the backlog and continuously prioritize tickets within the tech team • Independently implement smaller improvements, from requirements gathering and quality assurance through to production launch • Establish communication formats such as weekly status updates and release notes • Take responsibility for larger features and product initiatives from concept through rollout • Identify opportunities to use AI and implement process improvements • Actively shape the product strategy for lead matching and related modules • Successfully bring strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production • Serve as the central point of contact for product-related questions concerning Leadbase

🎯 Exigences

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment • Ideally, experience in a SaaS or technology company • Strong technical understanding • Initial experience with artificial intelligence or a well-founded interest in AI solutions for business applications • Structured and proactive approach to work • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities • Confident and clear communication, including on technical topics and with diverse stakeholders • Enthusiasm for data-driven digital products • Drive to actively move initiatives forward and deliver sustainable improvements
