Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within the assigned territory • Meet and exceed service agreement and warranty obligations • Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees • Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals • Perform system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products and associated equipment • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation • Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports • Complete administrative duties including spare-parts inventory, field activity reports, return material authorizations, and expense reports • Collaborate with Sales, Genesis, headquarters, and other Intuitive teams • Provide feedback and participate in continuous-improvement projects • Manage the assigned area, customer needs, install-base configurations, customer contacts, training, and events

🎯 Exigences

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders • Ability to identify, analyze, and efficiently resolve technical issues • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong time-management and prioritization skills • Ability to travel up to 50% • Reside typically within 30 miles of the assigned territory or designated area • Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management • Ability to work flex shifts, second shifts, or other shifts as required • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs. • Clean driving record • Ability to obtain and maintain Vendor Credentialing approval for operating-room access • Compliance with vaccination requirements mandated by vendor credentialing • Proven troubleshooting experience with electro-mechanical systems • Good written and oral communication skills • General computer skills • Comfortable working off hours with limited support • Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills • 1–3 years of field service experience preferred • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience preferred • Required knowledge and implementation of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards • Completion of required or assigned training
