Description

• primarily focus on offset ink sales • support water-based and UV flexographic ink sales • sell the company’s products and services by focusing on strategic existing accounts and developing new prospects • facilitate customer orders and maintain customer inventories • troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints • represent the customer in interactions with administrative, technical and production areas • establish target accounts and reporting on competitive activities • organize sales territory to efficiently call on current and prospective customers • secure and renew orders • attain delivery dates and other incidentals to actual selling • coordinate major or national accounts • build and maintain customer satisfaction • make recommendations for product, packaging, shipping methods, service or billing improvements

🎯 Exigences

• high school diploma or GED equivalent • ability and willingness to travel • excellent customer service skills • effective communication with peers and customers • excellent written, reading comprehension and verbal skills • good math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume • Bachelor's degree (a plus) • SAP experience (a plus) • proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (a plus) • 3-5 years in the ink industry (a plus) • experience in commercial printing (a plus)
