Description

• Manage digital interfaces from a business perspective as the primary Business Owner toward IT • Define and document business requirements, including data streams for tracking, reporting, and analytics • Drive delivery of new features and services through requirements management and collaboration with development teams • Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Controlling, and other teams • Coordinate launches of new features and services and manage lifecycle activities • Facilitate communication regarding priorities, timelines, and trade-offs • Manage external digital interfaces, including roaming hubs and Mobility Service Provider partners • Align joint strategy, business roadmaps, and collaboration baselines with external partners • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and interface specifications • Manage Point-of-Interest data connections and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality • Define POI data processes and quality metrics with internal and external data providers • Define and evolve app strategy, roadmap, and business requirements • Evaluate business and customer potential of future digital business models and features • Translate strategic objectives into product initiatives and prioritized backlogs • Define, track, and manage KPIs and establish reporting cadences and dashboards • Identify target deviations and make timely adjustments transparent to stakeholders • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments • Synthesize market insights into product strategy and roadmap recommendations • Support user testing for app features and digital interfaces • Collaborate with UX/CX teams to interpret test results and translate findings into product improvements

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Management, Information Systems, or a related field • 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, digital business development, or a comparable role • Experience from EV charging, automotive or energy sector is a plus • Solid understanding of digital product management principles and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) • Experience working with data tracking concepts, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks • Familiarity with API-based integrations, digital platform ecosystems, or mobility/EV industry is a plus • Proficiency with common product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, roadmapping tools) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Analytical and structured thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Self-starter mentality with a proactive attitude and ability to drive topics independently • Customer-centric mindset and genuine interest in digital innovation and user experience • Business-level proficiency in English • German is an advantage
