Description

• Drive the overall execution of activities in support of the business, supply chain, and operations • Play proactive role in providing financial advice on business issues • Provide independent evaluation of financial forecast and assess risk or opportunities • Support and monitor business opportunities by reviewing quoting and business proposals • Drive improvement in Core Operating Income and working capital metrics • Engage and contribute to operating metrics and long-term planning • Work closely with finance and operational teams to review KPIs • Monitor initiatives to achieve Long-Term and Annual Operating Plan • Support supply chain management initiatives • Identify and challenge cost structures and support project-based initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • At least 10-12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a regionalized position • Manufacturing experience • Public accounting experience preferred • Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX • Experience in financial oversight & guidance • Proficiency in decision support analysis • Ability to establish key financial and business controls • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
