Description

• Own and elevate Jamloop’s creative presence across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints • Establish creative direction and personally create brand, campaign, digital, content, sales, video, motion, and multimedia work • Translate Jamloop’s positioning, voice, and visual identity into distinctive creative across the customer journey • Maintain and evolve visual systems spanning typography, imagery, illustration, data visualization, motion, video, presentations, and digital experiences • Build templates, guidelines, and asset libraries • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, vertical initiatives, customer stories, and demand-generation programs • Design website pages, landing pages, email experiences, and enhancements within Webflow • Create executive presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials, and customer-facing collateral • Turn complex advertising, measurement, data, and product concepts into clear visual stories • Shape video concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction • Create or edit lightweight motion and video content • Direct and manage external video, website, animation, and production partners • Own assignments from brief through final delivery, including timelines, stakeholder input, revisions, and production • Manage multiple workstreams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners • Prioritize requests based on business value, urgency, and capacity • Establish scalable creative systems, reduce routine agency dependence, and improve sales and product-marketing materials • Introduce AI-assisted workflows and personally deliver production-ready work • Report to the CMO and partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Sales, Client Success, Product, and company leadership

🎯 Exigences

• 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, visual, or multidisciplinary design • Meaningful in-house experience, ideally in a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, adtech, or martech company • Experience operating as a highly accountable designer within a lean organization • Portfolio showing strong work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social, and sales enablement • Strong visual-design fundamentals and ability to simplify complex products, data, and business concepts • Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Working capability in motion design, video editing, or storyboarding • Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills • Attention to detail, comfort with direct feedback, and willingness to personally execute the work • Existing use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, Gamma, or similar platforms in the creative workflow • Ability to demonstrate AI improvements to ideation, imagery, presentations, video, prototyping, versioning, or production • Willingness to test new tools, build practical workflows, and identify generic, off-brand, or inappropriate AI output • Hands-on Webflow design and publishing experience is a strong advantage • Experience with CTV, streaming video, performance advertising, or adtech is a strong advantage • Motion, animation, video editing, or shoot-direction experience is a strong advantage • Experience managing freelancers or external production partners is a strong advantage • Familiarity with creative testing, versioning, or performance data is a strong advantage • Copywriting, headline development, or verbal-brand capability is a strong advantage
