Description

• Own client strategy across paid social, paid search, email and retention, CRO, SEO and AIO • Grow the book of business through smarter strategy and mutual trust • Serve as the strategic voice and primary advisor for client founders • Own client relationships end to end • Develop campaigns that combine financial performance with brand awareness, storytelling and creative insights • Provide proactive, specific recommendations to clients • Tie performance to revenue, CAC and LTV, and explain performance impacts on the P&L • Build AI workflows that remove manual work and enable greater strategic capacity • Identify campaign opportunities, develop testing hypotheses and deliver post-test analyses • Forecast account performance and achieve set targets • Drive client retention, account growth and strong client NPS • Apply fact-checking, critical thinking, judgment and strategy when using AI

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing • Hands-on depth across more than one platform, including paid social, paid search, email, and adjacent channels • End-to-end ownership of client relationships, from strategy through growth • Ability to connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue • Experience building and shipping AI workflows • Ability to communicate clearly and translate performance data for founders • Experience in an agency setting or working with DTC brands is a major plus • Self-motivated and receptive to feedback • Ability to work across paid social, paid search, email and retention, CRO, SEO and AIO
