• Manage and oversee the daily operations of our remote team, including monitoring productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the remote team. • Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain company goals and objectives. • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to remote employees. • Provide support and guidance to remote employees, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the remote team. • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Occasional travel to our headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management. • Experience managing remote teams is preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. • Willingness to travel as needed.
