Description

• Develop real-time, high-performance backend services for a fast-growing start/scale-up in high-frequency trading • Take ownership of platform's technical direction and manage development projects end-to-end

🎯 Exigences

• A minimum of 5-7 years, backend focused, development experience • Senior Java/Kotlin developer with deep expertise in building high-performance distributed, backend services • Proven track record working with event sourcing and Cloud-native infrastructure • Designing scalable system architectures and optimizing complex codebases for speed, reliability, and maintainability • Strong expertise in JVM, CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, Kafka considered a big advantage • Experience with microservices architecture, distributed and data-heavy applications • Experience with cloud-native development (GCP or AWS) • Based in The Netherlands and without need for sponsorship
