• own the member app end-to-end • run research to understand user experience • build and maintain the design system • collaborate with the clinical team to improve their workload • manage trade-offs between user clarity and clinician workload

• experience owning a consumer product end to end • fluency with modern design tooling • strong user research skills • ability to design in ambiguity • strong written communication skills • experience designing clinician-facing tools or workflows with EMR
