Description

• Own the full lifecycle and P&L story of the portfolio: strategy, roadmap, launches, pricing, and performance. • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and the Metalworking Sales Directors to turn end-user insight into products that win in the market. • Drive market research and Voice-of-Customer work; turn competitive and cost analysis into smart, profitable bets. • Set strategy, pricing, and financial targets by product line; monitor sales and margins and act on what the numbers tell you. • Arm Marketing and Sales with messaging, copy, technical content, and launch materials that sell. • Visit end-users, key dealers, and accounts, and represent JPW at tradeshows. • Lead line reviews and competitive analysis; respond to special quotes and enable reps, dealers, and customer service.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial product management • Hands-on CNC machinery experience and a real feel for the product, the market, and what end-users need and want • A track record across the full arc of product launches — program development through in-market sales • Self-directed, business-hungry, and eager to grow the category and yourself • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with strong written and verbal communication • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and product research; SAP experience is a plus • Willing to travel to customers, dealers, and tradeshows as the business requires
