Description

• We’re seeking a Freelance Sales Manager who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in full-cycle sales. • Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities, focusing on building a strong client base in the US. • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and referrals, while also handling company-provided prospects. • Present, promote, and sell products/services by understanding customer needs and aligning them with tailored solutions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions that drive lead conversion. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and regular reporting of pipeline status. • Provide actionable client feedback to the team for continuous product/service improvement. • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to stay competitive and relevant.

🎯 Exigences

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries. • Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Organized, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering measurable results. • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US-based clients (including some evenings/weekends as needed). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
