Description

• Support institutions of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe in the strategic alignment of their business models • Split daily work across strategy, sales and process consulting in retail banking • Develop suitable business models together with our Sparkassen partners • Analyze the market position of our partners • Define project deliverables and key areas for action • Coordinate and take responsibility for implementation • Support the practical implementation of strategic concepts • Develop consulting approaches both in content and methodology

🎯 Exigences

• Successfully completed a degree in Finance, Sales & Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable program, or completed banking-related further training • Experience with institutions of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Sparkassen Finance Group) is a plus • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to assess the economic viability of an idea • Strong interest in digital topics • Knowledge of the business models of relevant players and innovators in the financial industry • Willingness to elaborate complex topics in a research-driven/analytical way • Initial experience in project management • Strong communication skills and the ability to present information appropriately to different target audiences • Valid driver's license
