Description
• Lead solution architecture and technical design for IVR and voice bot initiatives • Design and develop Node.js/TypeScript microservices • Own end-to-end delivery for complex features • Collaborate across teams to support various scenarios • Establish engineering standards and perform code reviews • Apply SRE principles for production readiness
🎯 Exigences
• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer role • Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript • Proven experience with cloud-native solutions on GCP • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and APIs • Hands-on Kubernetes experience • Experience with IVR and voice bot technologies • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent technical judgment and problem-solving skills
