Description

• Lead the life cycle management of the Power product line • Solve market problems • Create value and help delight customers with solutions to their data center power distribution and measurement requirements • Promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality • Responsible for market development of new and existing products into the existing business structure as well as support pricing strategy • Travel with sales team • Initiate & respond to training requests for the new markets • Act as the technical subject matter expert

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field. MBA preferred. • Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field. Specific electrical or datacenter industry knowledge a plus. • Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and to be able to effectively handle multiple priorities. • Must possess excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability to develop and manage to a project plan, establish priorities, work to deadlines and control a number of projects at various stages of work. • Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail and meeting management software. Ability to use internet and web based resources efficiently and effectively. • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Must be an effective listener, able to maintain focus extract necessary information and validate understanding of the information. • Demonstrated ability to understand customer’s needs and identify new ways to serve/satisfy customer. • Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team based environment. Promotes an environment that is encourages cohesiveness and fosters trust and open communication with team, peers and all business partners. • Must have solid business acumen and understanding of a variety of functional areas within the business. Must be proficient in negotiation and influencing skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently. • Position requires travel and flexibility to attend events outside of normal work hours.
