Description

• Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LemFi as a brand ambassador • Build and expand LemFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations • Spend 3–5 days in a new U.S. city every few weeks to establish on-the-ground presence • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Ghanaian ex-pat communities in the US • Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels • Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organisations and businesses to accelerate user growth • Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences • Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi, promoting the company’s mission and values.

🎯 Exigences

• At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments • Background in growth, sales, or marketing • Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results • Strong ability to interpret data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly • Deep understanding of the Ghanian community in the United States • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote working environment.
