Description

• Lead large-scale Energy Storage Projects • Serve as the project technical lead, driving alignment with internal teams, outside engineering, vendors, contractors and customers • Respond to RFIs, identify and close technical gaps, lead meetings, and coordinate design changes and clarifications • Develop project-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate technical requirements and approvals with vendors • Visit the project site to meet with other stakeholders, troubleshoot problems, and check that the status of field work • Create commissioning and test plans based on contract requirements, support Factory and Field Acceptance Testing (FAT/FIT), and assist with troubleshooting during commissioning • Track technical issues, prepare weekly technical reports, prepare technical submittals, and create acceptance test reports for customer approval • Be familiar with industry standards and best practices • Coordinate project network design between internal (Software and Network teams) and external stakeholders • Create network design documentation

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering and implementation of large electrical projects • Knowledge of energy storage systems, including batteries and inverters • Experience with project engineering processes, including technical document control, vendor coordination, and submittal preparation • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, SCADA systems, and network infrastructure • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, UL, NFPA) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal teams • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed for site assessments, commissioning support, and customer meetings.
