Description

• Create and execute communication plans with the executive team • Guide the company’s strategic communication plan and narrative • Act as a trusted partner to executives • Prepare and coach spokespeople for media interviews, speeches, and internal events • Build corporate messaging, themes, and storylines to increase brand awareness and protect reputation • Drive thought leadership programs, particularly for the clinical team • Write and oversee press releases, bylined articles, presentations, and other original content • Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry analysts • Establish communication processes and measure program impact • Manage and develop the media relations and executive communications teams • Report to the VP of Communications and Corporate Affairs • Connect brand, corporate affairs, executive communications, marketing, and multiple business verticals • Build platforms for clinical experts

🎯 Exigences

• 15+ years of communications experience, including media relations and executive communications • Background in health care preferred • Track record of building and maintaining external media relationships and internal trust among executives • Ability to develop big-picture strategy while remaining hands-on with execution • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to earn trust with senior leaders • Exceptional writing skills • Ability to turn complex, technical, or sensitive topics into clear, compelling stories • Experience building successful thought leadership programs, preferably in technology or healthcare • Organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • Culturally responsive communication approach • History of working effectively across internal departments
