Description

• Be a collaborative, curious, and accountable engineer who cares about both the quality of your work and the people you work with. • Bring a strong foundation in software engineering principles and best practices, paired with excellent communication skills and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. • Take ownership of your work and your decisions, be willing to step in and support your teammates when needed, even if it falls outside your direct responsibilities. • Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers daily. • Stay current on modern engineering trends, tooling, and practices, while remaining practical and thoughtful about how new technologies are applied. • Be comfortable context switching between product focused initiatives, tech enhancements, and production support. • Be Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Experience collaborating across teams to design and build scalable web applications and microservices.

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience working with Node.js and TypeScript preferred. • Experience with React. • Experience with GraphQL. • Experience working with Kafka and Event Sourcing. • Well versed in Microservice Architecture and Patterns. • Experience with NoSQL and SQL data stores. • Familiarity with AI assisted engineering practices, including the use of LLMs and agentic tooling workflows to pragmatically improve code quality, delivery, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
