Description

• Administer and support engineering software applications including Creo, Matlab, Hexagon, and Thermal Desktop • Manage software licensing, installations, updates, and patches • Provide tier 2/3 technical support to engineering users • Troubleshoot application performance issues and user access problems • Manage and maintain HPC clusters for compute-intensive engineering workloads • Administer Windows and Linux server environments • Support hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and AWS GovCloud • Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery procedures • Ensure compliance with security policies and GovCloud requirements • Optimize system performance and resource utilization • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations

🎯 Exigences

• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering software administration and/or infrastructure management • Hands-on experience with CAE/CAD/CAM software administration (Creo, Matlab, Hexagon, Thermal Desktop, or similar platforms) • Experience managing HPC clusters and high-performance computing environments • Experience with Linux and Windows server administration • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (GovCloud experience highly valued) • Experience with software license management (FLEXlm or similar)
