• Promoting the benefits of the MAZ mixer to potential clients • Managing sales processes from lead generation to closure • Ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and assistance • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics • Collecting information on customer needs, closing sales & forecasting future requirements • Generating leads through various channels • Executing daily outbound activity targets • Identifying and penetrating net-new accounts • Working with the global commercial sales team to close MAZ sales • Using cross-selling, upselling opportunities • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system • Representing Medisca at industry tradeshows, exhibitions, and events
• Bachelor of Science or in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • At least 3 years of in pharmacy experience (technician or pharmacist), preferred but not required • Three (3) years proven experience in sales • Proven abilities in discovering opportunities, developing strategies and closing sales • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Effective organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required • Proficiency in using a CRM tool with workflow and process
