Description

• Join an amazing team that is consistently recognized for our achievements and culture. • Lead and manage analytics supporting the Sales organization. • Partner with the broader sales analytics team on various analytics efforts. • Develop and deliver analytics solutions and business insights/recommendations. • Work directly with sales leadership and technical product managers. • Oversee the development of complex models and A/B testing.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field. • Preferred: Experience working in a P&C analytics role; experience working with sales/underwriting preferred • Minimum: 6 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with P&C analytics and Microsoft Office Suite. • Advanced skills with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools • Proven ability in leveraging data insights to improve business results • Proven ability to develop relationships and drive results across various functions • Intellectual and analytical curiosity • Must have the ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes, simultaneously manage multiple projects and a team. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. • Advanced oral and written communication skills. • Ability to manage and coach others. • Ability to build momentum for change and action.
