Description

• Design and deploy complex enterprise agentic AI solutions • Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers • Connect foundation models, enterprise data, and internal tools securely • Implement fine-grained RBAC, identity propagation, and deterministic policy enforcement • Encode correctness rules, safety guardrails, and platform idioms for evaluation and verification • Ensure generated output and agent actions are implicitly trustworthy • Integrate AI systems into real delivery workflows • Produce reviewable diffs and infrastructure as code (IaC) • Build CI/CD for AI systems • Integrate with partner workflows and drive adoption • Travel nationally and internationally as required, estimated 0%-15%

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 7 years of experience relevant for this role • Professional fluency in English • Excellent collaboration between developers and leadership • Ability to guide others • Solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles • Comfortable collaborating on CI/CD workflows • Version control using Git • Extensive hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), complex function calling, structured outputs, and evaluation systems • Deep knowledge of cloud architectures, ideally AWS • Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and AWS infrastructure • Practical understanding of identity propagation, fine-grained RBAC, IAM, and deterministic policy enforcement • Strong production software engineering skills with Python, testing, CI/CD, REST, and Docker • Code-as-data fluency, including code generation, templating, and parsing generated code • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
