Description

• Design and build successful products • Ideate, build, launch and iterate on your products until they’re truly delightful to use, and really get the job done. • Through weekly immersions in our customer’s offices and thorough data analysis, acquire a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges. • Ensure our design and priority choices are always grounded in solid customer research • Make our users experience effective and delightful • With the Product and Leadership Team, guide the development of our products by constantly evolving the prototype of our 6 and 12-month vision. • Elevate the Product Design craft at Modjo • In collaboration with the Product & Engineering team, evolve our Design System to ensure a consistent experience across the entire product • Uphold UI and UX Methodologies, constantly improve our Design Stack and Practices, and raise the collective bar of excellence.

🎯 Exigences

• 6-10 years of experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS products, in high-paced startups or scale ups. • You design modern, efficient and delightful interfaces. • You master collaborative design best practices and tools, leveraging Figma and Design Systems to the fullest. • You’re impact-driven, find your own problems, and creative solutions. • You’re a great communicator, and work very well in fast-paced squads. • You have very high expectations for yourself and those around you. You challenge yourself constantly and you are always learning new things. • You can discuss ideas and write very good copy in French and English.
