Description

• Report to the Senior Director of Revenue. • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to evaluate customer contracts and provide well-reasoned solutions for concluding sales opportunities with appropriate revenue recognition considerations using ASC 606. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes related to revenue recognition and current standards. • Analyze and review accounts and accounting cycles. • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and document accounting workflows related to revenue. • Prepare Revenue GL account analysis. • Prepare balance sheet and P&L analysis for revenue accounts with associated subledger detail and waterfalls. • Develop and update departmental policies and procedures. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Assist in preparing financial statements and support revenue accounting under US GAAP and IFRS. • Assist with internal and external audit efforts. • Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes and procedures in a SOX environment. • Prepare financial reports and forecasts under supervision. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning through research and analysis. • Conduct variance analysis and assist in improving forecasting tools. • Build revenue, expense, and profitability models. • Collaborate with business units to gather, validate, and interpret financial data.

🎯 Exigences

• Experience 5 to 7 years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience in industry or with a major public accounting firm. • Strong financial background and revenue recognition experience. • Strong analytical and research skills. • Analysis of accounting treatment with thorough understanding of ASC 605 and 606. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. • CPA Required or equivalent experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • Expertise and proficiency in building financial and decision support models • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables, charts, data validation, and conditional formatting • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and its application in financial reporting • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Operations • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present financial insights • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Ability to take ownership of financial processes, reporting, and analysis • Strong organizational and time management skills • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18
