Description

• Gather customer requirements and design and optimize processes • Support clients' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management • Implement new functional and legal requirements through appropriate customizing • Advise and support business units in optimizing processes within the SAP HCM system landscape • Ensure cost-effective project delivery (in particular for year-end activities) • Support clients in day-to-day operations as part of 2nd Level Support

🎯 Exigences

• University degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent qualification • Several years of consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management • Quick comprehension, team player, reliable and flexible • Independent working style, commitment, confident appearance and strong communication skills • Fluent German language skills
