Description

• Define the overall agency partner marketing strategy, including playbooks, investments, and markets • Build and launch scalable self-service marketing programs and custom programs for larger agency partners • Ship Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars • Create email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories, and demand-generation playbooks • Make programs executable independently through clear steps, editable templates, and localisable assets • Drive awareness and adoption of marketing programs through scaled communications • Track the funnel from program access and downloads through execution, customer opportunities, and revenue • Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, change, or stop • Turn successful programs into repeatable models and automate program operations with n8n where useful • Measure business impact and growth generated by agency partners

🎯 Exigences

• Experience building one-to-many partner marketing programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, with demonstrable adoption numbers • Experience packaging self-service marketing kits, templates, and playbooks for non-marketers • Understanding of small consultancies' limited time, budget, and marketing know-how • Outcome-driven measurement of execution and pipeline • Ability to work as a first hire with limited design and development support, ship pilots quickly, and improve using real data • Experience running programs across several regions and segments and localising them without rebuilding from scratch • Experience building custom marketing programs with large partners over several months or quarters (nice-to-have) • Agency, solutions-partner, or reseller program experience at a software company (nice-to-have) • Experience building workflows in n8n or similar tools (nice-to-have) • Experience designing field events or workshops delivered by others (nice-to-have) • Professional working proficiency in a language beyond English (nice-to-have) • Existing right to work is required for countries other than Germany • English is the company language
