Description

• Define and build the systems that manage and track the entire marketing journey for Token Factory • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to create visibility, automation, and intelligence for GTM execution • Build and scale Token Factory’s funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue • Connect product telemetry, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and marketing data into a unified view of customer activity • Define and evolve MQL, PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows • Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to uncover bottlenecks and drive decisions • Develop signal-driven workflows and automations for team prioritization • Use AI and automation to improve GTM systems and optimize workflows • Create operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, funnel health, and performance visibility

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience across GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Product Analytics, Growth Operations, or similar roles • Experience building systems that connect data, workflows, and customer signals across multiple platforms • Strong SQL and analytics skills with a track record of turning data into action • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, Hightouch, or similar platforms • Experience building workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems • Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
