Description

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using C#, .NET Core/Framework, Java, and Spring Boot • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for integration across enterprise systems • Build and maintain responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables • Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups • Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement of development processes • Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity and quality assurance standards • Work across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and support • Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions meeting Federal performance and security standards

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET (C#) and Java (Spring Boot) • Strong front-end development skills with Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and object-oriented design principles • Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies • US Citizenship required • Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance • Preferred: Experience developing applications in a Federal IT consulting environment • Preferred: Knowledge of API gateways, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and system integrations across .NET and Java • Preferred: Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and automated testing tools • Preferred: Cloud certifications (Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer, etc.) • Preferred: Familiarity with FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST compliance standards
