Description

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for digital maintenance tools. • Design curricula tailored to adult learners and deliver instruction in person and remotely. • Provide real-time floor coaching to reinforce skills immediately after formal training. • Travel globally to support site deployments and conduct in-person training. • Train teams on digital and AI-supported tools, ensuring content reflects tool configurations.

🎯 Exigences

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school credential strongly preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • 2+ years of experience training or teaching adult learners in a manufacturing, technical or industrial setting. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing training curricula designed for adult learners. • Proven ability to deliver effective instruction both in person and via remote platforms. • Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage mixed-experience audiences.
